Monate Game Lodge is nestled in manicured natural gardens on approximately 2000-hectare private game reserve in the Limpopo Province, within 2 hours reach of Pretoria and Johannesburg – 30 minutes from Kranskop Tollgate, Modimolle (Nylstroom).Fly-ins can easily be accommodated. Monate offers a helipad and grass airstrip, and chartered flights can be arranged. It is home to abundant wildlife such as buffalo, lion, giraffe, hippopotamus, zebra, a large variety of antelope and close to 50% of the bird species found in South Africa – paradise for bird watching and wild life photography.This malaria-free area is beautiful in its diversity, ranging from open plains to typical bushveld and interesting rocky outcrops, caves and koppies.

Not my first time at a place, simply one of the best places you can be. Real 4 star ambience in the bush, super amenities and exceptional comfort. Chalets are perfect size, not too big or too small just a right size.
