Rates:
* Rates are quoted per person, per night in USD ($), and are subject to availability and change.
All-inclusive
* Luxury tented accommodation
* All meals, created from the freshest local ingredients

* In-room bars with snacks & beverages
* Wi-Fi throughout the property
* State-of-the-art specifications throughout with air-conditioning, heating, and open fires.
* Two game drives daily and bush walks.
* Laundry.
* Transfers to and from the airstrip.
* Tourism levy.
Exclusions:
* Premium beverage collection.
* Boutique purchases.
* Game Reserve entrance fees and conservation levies.
Children's Policy
* We accept children from 8 years old.
* For families with children younger than 10 years, a private vehicle is compulsory and charged at an additional cost of $700 per night.
Child Rates:
* Should children stay in a suite of their own, full adult rates will apply
* Should children share with one adult the single adult rate will apply plus the applicable child rate.
Other Costs & Considerations
* Private vehicles are subject to availability and need to be pre-booked for $700 per night.
* Flight cancellations and road transfer cancellations are subject to the policy of the respective third-party suppliers.
* Malaria medication.
* Hepatitis A and Typhoid vaccinations.
Payment Procedure:
* All credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% administration fee. AMEX credit cards are subject to a 5% administration fee.
* EFT payments should be settled in the currency indicated on the invoice by bank transfer, net of any bank charges. Please email or fax proof of payment as the confirmation of deposit to [email protected]
Check-in and Check-out
* Our check-in time is strictly 14h00.
* Our check-out time is strictly 11h00.
* Please note that guests wishing to check in before 14h00 and/or check out after 11h00 are required to book an additional night at the day-use rate (50% of the applicable nightly rate).
Force Majeure:
* If, for any reason beyond the control of the property, including but without limiting the generality of the following: Acts of God, fire, floods, weather, war, rebellion, riots or civil commotion, strikes or labour stoppages, accidents or mechanical failures, refusal, suspension or cancellation by any government authority of any licenses, permits or authorization which the Property requires to operate, the Property is unable to perform any or all of its obligations under this agreement, the Property will not have any direct liability to the Partner or its guests in such an event.
EU Trade Partner Concession on Cancellations:
For bookings that originate from the United Kingdom or a European Agency, currently governed by the 1992 Package Travel Regulations, the following applies:
* All bookings are to be postponed as per the above.
* It is the responsibility of the travel operator to ensure parallel Terms and Conditions between relevant parties.
* If a booking has already been paid for, we will hold this credit towards the future travel of that client, or any other client from the company. It is an open credit to the company.
Travel Insurance
* We strongly recommend insurance coverage in the event of unforeseen cancellation, delay or interruption, lost or delayed baggage, emergency accident, sickness and evacuation, accidental death, common carrier, 24-hour medical assistance, traveller's assistance, and emergency cash transfer.
General Provisions:
* This agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
