Important Information
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
* Please note there is a conservation fee on entering of the property of R150.00 per car
1. NO smoking allowed inside the villa
2. NO bachelor parties
3. No pets allowed
4. Excessive noise as well as loud music is prohibited in our tranquil environment
5. We are using a septic tank system. No other cleaning materials and other items (ie sanitary pads) must be flushed away in the toilets besides toilet paper
6. All open fires must be put out properly before leaving the braai/boma area
7. Please turn off the gas at the gas bottles after the use of the gas braais – Should your unit have one.
8. Please do not leave the air-conditioners running when you leave the bedrooms
9. Note that the housekeeper is not allowed to iron guest’s laundry.
10. Note that the housekeeper is not allowed to cook or to assist with food preparation.
11. Only adults to play on the pool table – No children please
12. All children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool– Please be vigilant and keep all children save.
13. Please note all animals on Zebula are wild and should not be approached even if they appear to be friendly. Keep your distance and stay save.
14. Guests must abide by the rules of the estate.
15. Please adhere to the Maximum occupancy of this house – Penalties will apply
16. No speeding please – Speed limit is 30km/h – Camera trapping is active on the estate
17. Flying of drones are prohibited.
18. No abuse of staff will be tolerated
