About Modern Farm
Modern Farm offers comfortable accommodation for four guests in Lichtenburg and is ideal for tired business or leisure travellers.This apartment has two bedrooms and offers guests a farm feel but with modern facilities. The main bedroom has air-conditioning and a king-size bed. The second room has a standard double bed. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Linen is provided.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, oven, coffee and tea facilities and a dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge with a TV, full of DStv, Wi-Fi and air-cond

The owner, manager, and staff (“the indemnified parties”) of Modern Farm Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to property and possessions as well as any personal injuries of whatsoever nature, sustained by a guest, resident or visitor, whether such injuries or loss were sustained by the negligent or wrongful act of anyone in the employment of or acts on behalf of the owner or management. Any guest or visitor waive any claims they may have in this regard. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to inform their visitors of this Disclaimer.
The guest hereby agrees that the owners, management, staff and other guests of Modern Farm Guesthouse will not be held liable against any consequences of visiting and / or participating in any activities or incidents at or arranged by Modern Farm Guesthouse. Any guest, visitor or resident waive any claims they may have in this regard, same of which include, but are not limited to, any loss of/damage to personal effects/property, any indirect, consequential or special loss/damage, financial loss, illness, injury, harm or death howsoever caused & legal costs (attorney & own client scale) that the indemnified parties may incur.
