Milkwood Safari Lodge offers guests the ultimate bush break away and is situated in Mabalingwe Game Reserve, home to Africa's spectacular Big 5.
The lodge can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in four well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. Milkwood Safari Lodge features a private swimming pool, a boma area with built-in braai. Further amenities the lodge offers guests are Dstv and table tennis.
Things to do in and around Mabalingwe Nature Reserve include Thandeka Spa, Biosphere Golf Course as well as Shakama Wellness Centre.
Private self-drive game viewing vehicle can be hired. Guided game drives are available.
Mabalingwe has two spa facilities. Enquire for a full SPA menu as bookings essential.
Mabalingwe has its own Chapel and restaurant facilities.

Important Information
A breakage deposit equal to R2000 will also still be added to the invoice after confirmation of booking. This breakage deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure if no breakages occurred.
All breakages will be deducted from this deposit.
Guests must check in between 14:00 and 20:00 and check out between 9:00 and 10:00.
Children are welcome. Young children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times.
No stag or hen groups.
No matriculation parties.
No bachelor parties.
No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
Music will only be allowed until 10 pm. Music must also only be for your ears (even during daytime) Mabalingwe Nature Reserve implements fines to the properties that do not obey this rule. Should you not obey this rule and Milkwood Safari Lodge receives a fine, this fine will be deducted from your breakage deposit. If your breakage deposit is not sufficient to cover the fine, an additional payment will be requested that will be payable before your departure.
Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.
As the house is situated in a Nature Reserve, all persons using the house will have to sign an indemnity form which will be emailed on receipt of deposit.
Please note that baboons, monkeys and various other animals roam freely. Keep all doors and windows securely closed and locked when out, not in sight or when checking out. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the whole breakage deposit.
Added Extras:
A daily cleaning service is available at R350.00 a day.
A game drive vehicle is available at R800.00 per day. ( All fuel, flat tyres and call outs will be for your own account.)
