Important Information
50% advance payment must be made upon confirmation and not later than 21 days prior to arrival date. Balance of payment for Confirmed Bookings should be made 7 days in advance of arrival date. Payment should be made to the Resort provided Bank Account details and a copy of the TT or deposit slip emailed for our records. All major Credit Cards accepted, subject to 5 % bank surcharge. Check in time is 14:00. Early check-ins can be confirmed in advance. Check out time is up to 12.00hrs. Late Departures up to 18.00 can be arranged subject to availability and payment of 50% of contracted room rate. Day use rooms can be requested at 50% of the Rack Rate. Day room use is up to 18.00hrs.
