This unit has one air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet/shower/basin) with a hair dryer.
The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and lounge area. The lounge area includes a sleeper couch and flat screen TV with DSTV . The sleeper couch is suitable for two children under 12 yrs sharing. It has a private patio with outside fireplace "braai" barbeque area onto a small enclosed garden offering the option of a sit down meal on the patio. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking pleasure with a stove top, oven and microwave. Covered parking for one car is available at the front door of the unit.
