• We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
• The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
• The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

• Check out: 11h00.
• Full payment is required prior to guests’ arrival
• Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation value
• Child policy: Children are welcome.
• We have one family suite (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) and one family room (with a king and queen bed), that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16. Children over the age of 16 years need to be booked in a separate room. We do have a cot available for babies on request. Children 0 -2 years stay free of charge.
• When booking the conference packages: Quotation is valid for 7 days, 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking, Full payment is required to be made 1 week prior to start of function.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
• Housekeeping is included in the Rate.
• No smoking in rooms, there are designated smoking areas outside.
