Important Information
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation provided at the ‘Establishment’.
7 days from arrival date - 100% Cancellation Fee
14 days from arrival date - 75% Cancellation Fee
21 days from arrival date - 50% Cancellation Fee
28 days from arrival date - 25% Cancellation Fee
28 days or more from arrival date - 10% administration fee is charged
Check-in time is from 14:00 until 20:00 pm. Late check-ins must please be arranged prior to arrival. Check-out time is strictly at 10am.
Children of all ages are welcome at the ‘Establishment’. Baby-sitting services can be arranged with prior arrangement.
The Terms and Conditions of a booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt by the ‘Establishment’ of the 50% deposit. A letter of confirmation will be sent confirming the reservation at the ‘Establishment’ on receipt of the deposit, together with the ‘Establishment’s’ Indemnity form which must be signed and faxed / e-mailed to the ‘Establishment’ prior to arrival.
Breakfast is served daily from 07h00 to 09h00. Lunch and Dinners are available in our In house Restaurant . Beverages are excluded from our rates, however we do offer a fully stocked bar. Please notify the ‘Establishment’ of special dietary and or beverage requirements prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking 14 days after the proforma invoice has been issued. Please note the name of the person staying as a reference on the deposit slip. The balance is payable one month prior to arrival. The reservation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of non arrival. No booking will be confirmed unless proof of payment, voucher or order number has been received.

Our rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast daily, the relevant tourism levies and VAT.
Our rates are exclusive of additional meals, all beverages, Spa / Beauty Treatments, Conferencing facilities, baby-sitting services, staff gratuities, laundry services and items of a personal nature.

Please note that all our rooms at the ‘Establishment’ are non-smoking rooms. There are designated areas for smoking.
Transfers to and from King Shaka Airport can be arranged, with prior arrangement. Should you wish to book any activities, or the use of the ‘Establishments’ facilities i.e. Conference venue please make the necessary arrangements with the ‘Establishment’ prior to arrival if possible.
