• We are a self-check-in, self-managed guesthouse without a dedicated reception.
• Please respect other guests’ privacy, peace, and quiet: no loud music or noises, and silence after 22:00.
• Use the dedicated smoking areas and put your cigarette bits in the ashtrays or bins.
• No more people are allowed to sleep over than the number of guests booked per room.
• No large groups are allowed on the premises.
• Only one vehicle per parking bay or garage is allowed.
• Guests must park their vehicles outside or in front of their garage.
• Keep the keys to your room in the lock box when you leave, and don’t remove them from the premises.
• During extended stays, we will tidy your room daily and deep clean every third day, including replacing your linen.
• We do not serve breakfast or food – thus, we do not provide any cutlery.
• We make provision for food allowances arranged by your company or travel agent.
• Please report any broken or missing items; as a courtesy, leave something to replace the items.
• We do not accept cash or allow guests on the premises without payment.
• We accept Instant EFT or CC payments through our registered payment portal (Paygate) or advance EFT payments through your booking agency.
• You may extend your booking while you stay with the condition that payment is made in advance.
