Reservation Terms & Conditions

Booking Your Stay
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
• A reservation is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation.
Deposits & Payments
• A deposit of 100% is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival qualifies for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival is non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are charged in full.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in from 14:00 PM.
• Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What’s Included
• Rates include accommodation, 1 daily game drive and breakfast.
• Excludes drinks, conservation fees, gratuities, etc..
Children
• Children are welcome.
• Child rates may apply.
• Parents/guardians are kindly asked to supervise children at all times.

• Our Private Game Reserve does not allow self-driving – all game drives are guided for your safety and enjoyment.
• Please follow safety instructions from our guides and staff at all times.
• Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Responsibility
• Guests visit at their own risk.
• The Lodge cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, or damage during your stay.
• We recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover.
Changes from Our Side
• In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or safety concerns), we may need to amend or cancel bookings.
• Should this happen, we will offer alternative dates or a refund.
