BOOKING CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Cancellation of any booking must be received in writing by Greenfire. If a booking is cancelled
with the consent of Greenfire, the latter shall retain the full deposit. Should a person cancel, and
cannot find an immediate replacement, they will:
a) |f Greenfire have 4 weeks or more notice, only the deposit is forfeited.
b) If Greenfire have less than 4 weeks notice, the deposit and in addition a cancellation fee
will be payable by the client as follows:
27-21 days 60% of total fee
20-14 days 80% of total fee
13-0 days 100% of total fee
c) If you fail to arrive, arrive late or depart early, no reimbursement will be made.
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is advisable and you should arrange such in your country or origin. You should
be covered in the event of cancellation or curtailment, death, and medical or rescue expenses, as
well as for any loss of baggage, money or personal items. You may contact our office in this
regard.
ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING CONTRACT
A contract between Greenfire and the client will only be deemed to be concluded once the client
has received receipted notification from Greenfire and Greenfire is in possessions of a signed
booking form. The place of conclusion of contract will therefore be taken as Johannesburg South
Africa.
CONDITIONS
Due to the circumstances under which we operate, Greenfire, their employees, guides and
affiliates, do not accept responsibility for any client or dependant thereof in respect of any loss,
injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced form the time of
departure to time of return or subsequent to date of return, or such loss, injury, etc. incurred
during your stay at any Greenfire property. Should Greenfire have to curtail your visit or an
activity for any reason due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, Greenfire
will not be liable for any form of refund whatsoever, although everything will be done to find a
suitable alternative arrangement or venue. Should a client decide to curtail their stay or not to join
an activity for any reason whatsoever, Greenfire will not be liable for any refund whatsoever
