Important Information
The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Rates are Inclusive of all taxes and are in US Dollars. Rates do not include park fees and extras. Rates are on a full board basis; if for whatever reason your vehicle cannot go for game drives i.e. If its broken down, the camp will give their vehicles to your clients to use free of charge. A festive season and Easter supplement will apply.
We request that rooms be vacated by 10h00 on the morning of departure. This will enable us to prepare rooms for incoming guests. In the event of guests departing by any means other than own transport, you will be advised of your departure time on the morning of departure. Should you wish to know sooner, please feel free to ask.
Medical Attention:
Please notify your camp manager or receptionist immediately if you require professional medical attention. In the event of a medical crisis we have staff trained in basic first aid.
Payment:
All major credit cards and travellers cheques are accepted. Personal cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement.
Please do not leave your passport, travellers cheques, money or valuables in your tent unattended. The camp has a safe for your valuables, please inquire at reception for the storage of your valuables. The management cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables unless stored in the camp safe.
