Important Information
In occupying the Property, the client and the Clients' party understand that it is a private home and should be treated as such. Care must be taken with the owner's property and everything should be left in the condition it was found in. Any breakages or any damage to the property must be reported to the office immediately and an assessment will be made on whether charges are appropriate. The client will be liable for any costs incurred in rectifying the breakage or damage. The client is requested to avoid making excessive noise or engaging in behavior which may be construed as a nuisance. The client signing the contract is responsible for the behaviour of the party. Should the client and / or the party behave in a manner that is not acceptable the client and the party may be asked to vacate the premises. The Client agrees that the owner and operator of Lagoon development Ltd shall not be liable for any damage to person or property of the client party.
