The Maloba Suite

Our four standard suites perfectly blend luxury with nature. Seamlessly merging old-world Dutch heritage with the new, the canvas walls and stonework accents give way to expansive glass doors, a nod to contemporary design, treating you to uninterrupted views of the dramatic thornveld from the comfort of your room. Modern 21st-century comforts include Wi-Fi, en-suite bathrooms with the all-natural Rain skincare products, an outdoor shower, air-conditioning, plush king-sized beds and a plunge pool to cool off on those hot days.

Private dining can be arranged on your veranda, and when the chill of the desert creeps in, a crackling fire will keep you cosy in your bathrobe and slippers, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep in the indulgence of your (overly) generous king-sized bed. The Maloba Diamond Suite

As its name suggests, The Diamond Suite is the star of Maloba’s accommodations. More spacious and set slightly apart from the other suites, it is accessed by a private boardwalk that winds through a canopy of indigenous Sweet and Black Thorn Acacia trees. The suite boasts its own private game path, where elusive Nyala or impressive Kudu may be spotted. Or, if you’d rather, enjoy game viewing from the comfort of your expansive deck, cushioned into snug throws with a glass of your favourite tipple. Your own private firepit will keep you mesmerised deep into the night—unless you opt for a more convivial evening and hop onto one of the lodge’s golf carts to join the other guests in the exclusive dining area.
