Important Information

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
1. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within or outside the hotel premise. Right of Admission is Reserved and management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
2. Government rules and regulations and application of laws: Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirm, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
3. Photographs and Videos: Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
4. Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees’ visitors, agents, and servants for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
5. Food and beverages can be purchased from the Hotel Restaurant and Bar. No Food and beverage items will be permitted to be consumed in any public area within the hotel premises if bought from an alternative vendor or outside source.
6. Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. Swimming Pool Policy:
1. The pool is open from 09h00 to 21h00 every day. No swimming after 21h00 will be permitted.
2. All swimming pool facilities are for the exclusive use of in-house hotel guests and day visitors at a cover charge.
3. Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in appropriate swimwear.
4. Pool users are requested to always maintain decorum and are expected to be considerate of other guests.
5. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be permitted to use the pool.
6. No music or loud behavior will be permitted at the pool or general guest areas.
7. For hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to make use of the bathroom before and during the use of the swimming pool facility.
8. Food and beverages from outside the hotel are not allowed in and around the pool area.
9. These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.
10. Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the hotel facilities. There is no attending lifeguard.
11. No glass bottles or glasses allowed in or directly around the swimming pool.
12. Management rejects any responsibility, civil and/or criminal, for valuable objects left unattended at the pool and is not responsible, in any way whatsoever, for accidents, injuries, etc., that may occur to swimmers and third parties attributed to their own careless behavior.
13. Management reserves the right to close the pool for maintenance, events requiring private use of the pool, bad weather or situations that might be considered dangerous to the health and safety of swimmers.
