The four sleeper units have two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, and an open-plan well-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, kettle, and mini-fridge, and a living area.

Malachite Rest provides guests with braai facilities and picnic benches for those who love to light a fire whilst listening to the stream and winding down. The property provides safe and secure covered parking for one vehicle per unit on the premises. The property has camera surveillance and armed response for added security.
