Important Information

Rates Include
- All game viewing activities (morning and afternoon drives, walking safaris season dependent, tracking big game on foot, bird watching)
- All meals, teas, coffees and a selection of local beverages including beers, wines and soft drinks

- Klaserie Conservation Levy
- Airport transfers (below rates per person, min 2-person rate applies):

At Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, you will be required to pay a bed levy fee and a conservation levy of R 450.00 per person per night (subject to change without prior notice). Please note that children under the age of 12 years are not liable to pay for any levies. The conservation levy is payable at the lodge and can be prepaid.

Please be advised that any incorrect rates populated due to a system error will need to be reviewed before confirmation.

Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation amount is required to confirm a provisional reservation
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival
- EFT must reflect within 72 hours to secure booking.

Cancellation Policy
- FIT: Cancellation more than 45 days prior to arrival: 25% nonrefundable deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: The non-refundable deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance will be charged.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY
- All ages are welcome when booking exclusive use of the Lodge
- FIT bookings: children aged 8+ years welcome (full adult rate applies)
