Rate quoted is per room - sleeps 2 or 3 people max. Our Maitland student accommodation block is a dorm-style accommodation unit with six apartments which sleep 5/6 people each, ideally located just off the M5 highway and near the Maitland train stations. The site which houses the apartments (fully equipped for self-catering with own kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet facility) guests can make use of the entertainment area, TV with DSTV for sporting events and indoor braai room. Suitable also for groups of contractors working in and around Cape Town areas. Each apartment has five or six

The site which houses the apartments (fully equipped for self-catering with own kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet facility) guests can make use of the entertainment area, TV with DSTV for sporting events and indoor braai room. Suitable also for groups of contractors working in and around Cape Town areas. Each apartment has five or six single beds and a comfortable living area with a well equipped kitchen and TV area. We also have two studio apartments now ready for rent. There is a bus stop and taxi rank nearby and a selection of shops and restaurants are a short drive away as is the City Centre.
