About Maia Luxury Resort and Spa

Maia Resort and Spa is situated on the west coast of the Seychelles. With villas located within lush tropical gardens, enjoying 180 degrees of uninterrupted sea views, Maia Resort offers you a place to restore yourself.

Each villa comprises two separate pavilions and a private, infinity-edged pool. They have air-conditioned bedrooms with inter-leading bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with privately stocked bars, flat screen TVs, DVD players, iPod stations, ceiling fans and Hermès amenities. Secluded, outdoor gazebos are fully equipped with dining facilities and oversized day beds. Your private butler can prepare light dishes, meals and refreshments throughout the day, including off-menu items such as barbecues and freshly caught fish.

The resort has a fully equipped fitness centre, a swimming pool situated close to Maia’s Sunset Pool Bar and Tec-Tec Restaurant. A range of bath treatments in the spa or in the privacy of your villa are also available. You can discover the beauty of the Maia gardens, visit the national parks and tropical forests for hiking, or organise customised excursions to the outer islands by private boat or helicopter

• All rates are quoted in Euro and are per Villa per night, for bookings of less than 10 Villas
• All rates include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate (15%) and are subject to change at determination of Government. The rate confirmed at time of booking will be invoiced. We reserve the right to change above rates should Government alter legislation affecting taxation of room income
• A service charge of 10 % is included in above rates
• Villas are subject to availability. For 10 rooms or more, please enquire applicable rates with reservations
• Attention is drawn to separate prepayment conditions for peak periods
