When making the booking within 30 days of your arrival date: you will be required to pay in full within 24 hours.
Exceeding 30 days from the arrival date: you will be required to pay 50% deposit within 48 hours and the balance is due in full 30 days before your arrival date.
MAHIKENG LODGE - CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No show or no cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date – NO Refund NO rescheduling.
Cancellations 30-60 days prior to your arrival date – 25% of amount paid refunded or the booking can be rescheduled with no cost to book alternate date. 60-90 days prior to your arrival date – 50% of the amount paid refunded or the booking can be rescheduled with no cost to book alternate date. 90 days plus to your arrival date – 85% of the amount paid refunded or the booking can be rescheduled with no cost to book alternate date.
