This district boasts some of the most beautiful and exotic gardens in South Africa. During spring there is a magnificence of brilliantly coloured azaleas and flowering cherries.

Come fly-fishing in the beautiful mountains of Magoebaskloof where trout fishing is an extremely popular pastime and sport. On the farm there is a beautiful Trout dam and another dam with bass. There is also a volleyball court, a jungle gym for the kids and a beautiful hiking trail with three lovely waterfalls. The hiking trail goes to the top of the farm alongside a perennial stream. While on your way up you can have a shower under the waterfall in crystal clean spring water.
