Important Information
Overcrowding of the unit is not permitted and the maximum occupancy as reflected above, includes children of all ages. Please have your
confirmation available upon arrival at the hotel to facilitate a smooth check-in. The hotel requires adult guests to provide a valid photo ID/passport.
Only the person/s whose name appears on the confirmation will be allowed to occupy the unit. Until the agreed deposit / full payment are received,
Dream Hotels and Resorts will be at liberty to release the reservation without notice to you.
Cancelation Policy:
All cancellations of reservations or
amendments to reservations must be reduced to writing.
50% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60days to 29 days prior to arrival.
100% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 28 days prior to arrival.
The cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in the number of rooms or guests. No-show Policy: A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing, fax or email to
the hotel/resort. In the case of a no-show, all monies paid will be forfeited, or if your reservation was guaranteed by credit card, the full payment
for your entire stay will be debited. Kindly Note:
Check-in time from 15h00 onwards.
Check-out time is before 10h00 on the day of departure.
Kindly notify the hotel/resort direct should you arrive after 19h00. Use your reservation number on all payments as a reference.
