Thank you for booking at Lush Private Game Lodge. We look forward to being of service to you. Kindly take note of our booking conditions and property information.

Inclusions:
Luxury accommodation; all meals; all teas/coffees and soft drinks; selected beers, selected wines and spirits; in-room minibar; limited laundry; gym; two safari activities per day, with refreshments and snacks; Wi-Fi access and 15% VAT.

Exclusions:
Gratuities; premium beers, wines, and spirits; Lush Boutique purchases; additional activities; guided bush walks, at an additional cost and subject to availability of a guide; Black Rhino Game Reserve entrance fees of R140.00 p.p.p.d for 2023 & R150.00 p.p.p.d for 2024; transfers and spa treatments

Deposit:
20% Deposit to confirm booking within 48 hours, full payment 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Forfeit 100% of total if cancelled 0 – 60 days before arrival date.
Forfeit 20% of total should you cancel 61 days + before arrival date.

Child Policy:
Kindly note that Lush accommodates children from the age of 10 years and older. Unfortunately Lush is not suitable for children under that age or for babies, due to the remote bush location and dangerous wild animals that roam freely in the area.

Children under the age of 10 years can be accommodated if the lodge is booked on an exclusive use basis, and with permission from lodge management. Please contact reservations for more information. Child rate: Children aged 10 & 11 years old are charged 70% of the applicable rate. From 12 years, standard rates apply.

Please note that an ID document or passport is required for check in on arrival.
No smoking rooms.


Kindly note that we require a few details before your arrival at Lush. Please provide following information so we can prepare for your stay:

• Title, Name and Surname of every travelling guest
• Nationality of all travelers
• Room Configuration (double, twin or single) per room
• Rooming list/sharing names per room
• Ages of children, if any (please specify per child)
• Any specific dietary requirements? Please specify to each person.
• Any allergies or medical conditions? Please specify to each person.
• Expected date & time of arrival (check-in is from 2PM)
• Expected date & time of departure (check-out is by 11AM)
• Mode of transport to the lodge (please provide contact details)
• Contact numbers while travelling
• Emergency contact name & number
• Any special occasion you are celebrating (if so, please provide the date)
• Any special requests
• Do you have any special interests in wildlife?
• Have you travelled with Lush previously?

Please note our check-in time is strictly 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00. Any earlier or later requests are only allowed upon approval. Guests are welcome to arrive from 13h00 pm for a light lunch at 13h30 pm, check in is at 14h00 pm, and game drive departs at 16h00 pm.
