VILLA ROYALE HOUSE RULES
These rules are for the safety, benefit, and comfort of all at Villa Royale
* Villa Royale is a residential building. Facilities in the complex are used at your own risk. Disclaimer: The Owners and Management cannot be held liable for any theft, damage, and/or injury arising from any cause whatsoever on these premises. Right of admission reserved.
* Max. 8 persons per unit allowed (6 adults and 2 under the age of 16). No pets allowed, and don’t feed the monkeys.
* Day visitors, please request access codes from the owner/agent.
* PARKING BAYS Every flat has been allocated a permanent parking bay/garage. Whoever occupies the relevant flat may only use their allocated parking areas and may not use the day visitors' parking regularly. Loading zones may only be used for off-loading, not longer than 30 minutes. No overnight parking in the Day Visitors that is in front of the pool area; you will be fined.
* 2 x trolleys available under each staircase, at the Office, and at the Ground floor at the Seaside Elevator. Once finished loading/offloading, please return to its designated place.
* REFUSE REMOVAL: Bags will be collected at your front door Monday – Sat at 08h00. A replacement black bin bag will be supplied. Please do not leave bags out overnight, on Sundays, or on Public holidays – please take a walk to the refuse area, near Security, to drop off your bags on these days.
* Please shower before using the pool when coming from the beach. Do not rinse sand off in the pool. No glass/bottles to be used in or around the pool.

* Braais are strictly prohibited on balconies, roofs of garden units, or outside garden units. Please use the facilities at the pool area. No fireworks/sky lanterns allowed anywhere on Villa Royale property.
* Scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, roller-skates, and skateboards are forbidden in or around the complex. Parents are requested to monitor their children’s activities, particularly in the pool area and in lifts. No child under the age of 12 is allowed to be unsupervised in either area.
* Swimming after 22h00 is not permitted. For fitness, the pool can be used from 05h00 to 07h45, then again from 09h00-22h00. The pool gets cleaned every morning, except Sundays, between 07h45 and 09h00.
* Airguns and paintball guns are forbidden in or around the complex.
* Towels and/or clothing may not be hung on any railings. A clothesline is to be used on balconies only.
* NO NOISE after 10 pm (22h00) until 08 am. Please show consideration at all times.
* Deliveries such as Checkers 60/60, Pick 'n Pay ASAP, etc., guests need an access code (5-digit number) from the owner/agent for entry. No Code No Access. If no code, guests to ask the delivery team to contact them once they have arrived at Security, so guests can collect from Security.
* If you received a code, please inform your delivery company/driver of the code and unit number.
* Load shedding app – Eskom Se Push – Suburb is Ballito (15)
* Seaside Beach Gate (not Side Gate) – the access key is at the Middle Gate on the wall in a black key holder. The code is 0000. Please return this key once you have re-entered and locked the gate. The Middle Gate and the first Side Gate are open between 06h00 and 18h00, daily.
* Herbs – there are signs in the garden for types of herbs you may pick.
* Owners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests on the premises at all times.
* Fanie Joubert Beach Walkway gate (passed the pool) is open at sunrise and is locked at dusk.
