Important Information
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
* Check-in: 15h00.
* Checkout before 09h00.
* A maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated in the Back Garden Unit.
* No pets can be accommodated.
* Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 08h00.
* No parties or events.
* Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
* Please be vigilant of small children. There is no childproofing on the property. Also, watch they do not break anything and do not access the parking area. Please, can children be safeguarded so that they don't touch and pull everything and stay out of harm's way.
* We will require verification of guests on our side prior to check-in. Please kindly send through your ID/passport photos for strictly filing purposes and will be handled with the utmost confidence.
* There are stairs and a handrail on one side of the stairs. If you are elderly, injured, etc. or have difficulty walking upstairs from 1st to 2nd floor from the parking area down into the garden. This property does not offer a lift of any sort.
* Please be sure to close the double electric entrance gates on entering and leaving the property for security reasons.
* No fighting.
* Please respect neighbours on the property.
* No staining or breaking of the soft furniture or linens.
* The parking is communal for the other units in the complex. One would need to park in such a way that is courteous by using the communal parking. Also, there is strictly no guest parking. Please do not park in communal parking prohibiting other cars from getting in and out.
* Two parking spaces are available for the Main House.
* The Back Garden Unit and the Balcony Unit each have parking for a vehicle.
* Trailers can unfortunately not be accommodated.
* Please no lighting of candles or any flammables or plug in any additional electrical equipment like heaters or anything that will drastically increase the consumption on the unit's electricity bill.
* You are welcome to supply your own gas for the gas heater in the unit.
* There is a UPS to turn the internet on during load shedding.
* There are solar lights outside and batteries to back up the electric gate entrance. Also, rechargeable lights are indoors with chargers for phones.
* Guests need to please use their own login details for streaming services.
