About Loskop Valley Lodge and Restaurant
We provide accommodation in comfortable rooms amid subtropical gardens and palm trees and meals can be enjoyed at our a la carte Restaurant. We offer our guests with a special Sunday afternoon buffet. This is a Malaria-free area with a typical subtropical climate and an annual summer rainfall. Winter temperatures are moderate, it ranges from about 8 °C to 24 °C while the summer temperatures range between 16 °C and 35 °C. The vegetation in the surrounding environment consists of Bushveld trees and grass. The Loskop Valley community is mainly a farming commun
All our venues are situated among sub-tropical gardens and make the perfect venue for your special day.

Important Information
Hotel room rates quoted are per person per day. No credit is granted for meals not taken. Vat 15% is included.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required by the date period specified to guarantee the reservation. Please fax/email confirmation of the
deposit or the completed credit card authorization form and phone to confirm receipt thereof. The reservation is only
guaranteed once your deposit has been preceded and you receive confirmation of the receipt thereof. From the time
a deposit reflects on our bank statement (allow 2/3 days for inter-bank transfers), it may take a further 2 working days
for the deposit to be proceeded by our Reservation. Taking the above into consideration, should you not receive
confirmation of your booking by the date requested, please contact Reservations immediately.
Should the deposit not be received by the date reflected above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Please note: deposits are strictly non-refundable
GENERAL
1. Rooms are ready for occupation at 14H00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10H00 on day of departure.
2. Dress code: Casual for breakfast and lunch but strictly smart casual after 18H00 i.e. long pants and collar shirt.
3. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
4. All rooms are equipped with telephones and have tea/coffee making facilities.
5. We do not operate any accounts. All guests must settle their accounts with the Hotel on departure.
6. Although we do note requests for specific room numbers and will attempt to take your preferences into account,
We only guarantee a type of room and not a specific room number. Room's numbers are only allocated on the
day of arrival.
7. All changes to the above booking to be placed in writing.
8. Special rates: anyone cutting short a special for any reason whatsoever will have their rate reverted back to rack
rate. Special rates are not commissionable or discountable.
9. Early departure: should you cut your original booking short for any reason, you will be charged for the full
period reserved.
