The Lookout Safari Lodge is located within the malaria free Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, a short 30 min drive from Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa or approximately 70 minutes drive from OR. We do not cater for weddings but the wedding party can stay in perfect harmony with nature away from the hustle and bustle of the preparations at one of the wedding venues in close proximity.
Can accommodate children over 12- One of our rooms can be converted into a family suite with a pull out beds for children to share a room with their parents. Family chalet also boasts a pull out sleeper couch for children sharing the unit
The five luxurious open plan suites with a freestanding bath and outdoor veranda offers an elegant bush experience. Blinds instead of walls can be retracted to create an open space where you can enjoy your downtime and soak in the surrounding bush.
We are approved to offer accommodation to essential services personnel Our chalets are set far apart and disinfected between guests. We also offer hand sanitiser to our guests

Important Information
We do not offer credit card facilities therefore a 50% deposit by means of an EFT of total booking value is required when making the booking, with the balance being paid 48 hours before arrival at the lodge.
Rates quoted include VAT but not tourism and entrance levies.
Minimum stay, two nights.
A Once Off Dinokeng Conservation Fee of R40.00 per adult and R25.00 per child (2-12y) is charged and payable at the entrance gate to the reserve.
Dinokeng Self Drive packages are available at – 1 day @ R125.00, 2 days @ R250.00 and 3 days @ R450.00.
Game Drives are available at an additional fee of R200.00 per person with bookings to be made 48 hours prior to arrival.
Please note that the communal lodge and chalets are smoke free facilities.
Guests are limited to the number of beds per room, except for two rooms which can accommodate children 13 years and older on request. An additional bed fee of R300.00 per child is applicable.
Regrettably no children under the age of 13 years.
Lodge can accommodate 12 persons.
The Lodge has a noise policy and no loud music is allowed by visiting guest.
