Important Information
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Important Notice About Power Usage
Our lodge runs entirely on solar energy, and we generate just enough electricity to support essential appliances. To ensure a reliable supply for everyone, please avoid bringing and using any additional devices such as:
Toasters, Microwaves, Electric kettles, Coffee machines, Small camping ovens, Hair dryers, Curling tongs, Camping Fridges, etc.
Thank you for helping us maintain a sustainable and comfortable environment for all guests. Switch off the lights when not in use. Avoid taking long showers.
NO DRUGS!!
The use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited on these premises. Any guests found using such substances will be required to leave immediately, with no refund provided!
No Noise
Guest musts abide by the “No Noise” policy between 22:00 and 07:00. Please be mindful of other guests in the lodge when rising early as other guests might still be sleeping.
Music will not be permitted at any time!
Lodge Amenities
Refrain from using the supplied towels from the chalets at the pool.
Cutlery and kitchen utensils provided in the chalets are intended for use within the premises only.
Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all chalets.
Please respect our natural surroundings—do not discard cigarette butts on the property.
Each chalet is equipped with an ashtray for outdoor use. If yours is missing, kindly notify management and we’ll provide one promptly.

Laundry Service
Laundry service is only available during the day from 08:00 till 13:00.
Food Disposal:
Please use the dustbins when discarding food. Do not throw food on the ground or into bushes, as it attracts dogs and creates a mess.
Alcohol Consumption
If you are unable to handle alcohol responsibly, please refrain from drinking. Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated, and individuals who are overly intoxicated will be asked to leave.
