Important Information
Our rates include
*Accommodation, safari activities (game drives, mokoro, bush walks, cultural visits), all meals, red and white wines, beer and cider, spirits, soft drinks, teas and coffees, refreshments on safari, laundry, conservation and community levies, taxes and medical helicopter evacuation to Maun.
Our rates exclude
* Transfers, travel insurance, staff gratuities and all items of a personal nature.
Conservation and Community levies
* USD 20 per person per night.
Rates Terms and Conditions
* All rates are quoted, invoiced and payable in US Dollars and are per person per night on a shared basis, including VAT.
* Single supplement of 30% applies in high season.
* Triple occupancy is permitted at the per-person rate.
Game Vehicles
* All our safari vehicles can accommodate 6 guests.
* Parties of 6 will automatically get a private vehicle.
* Private vehicles must be booked for the duration of the stay and are charged per night.
* Private vehicles are charged at $550 per day.
Transfers from Maun
* Land transfer: Land transfer from Maun $150 per person (2 1/2 hours)
* Helicopter transfer from Maun: Helicopter transfer from Maun $240 per person per way (23 min) + USD 25 departure tax per person
Child Policy
* Children 6 years and older are welcome
* 6 to 11 years pay 50% of adult rate
* 12 to 15 years pay 75% of adult rate
* 16 years+ pay full adult rate
Payment Terms
* A 20% no-refundable deposit is required in High Season, Shoulder and Low season within 14 days of enquiry to secure your booking.
* The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
* If a booking is made 45 days or less before arrival, the full payment is to be made on booking
Cancellation Terms
* All cancellations must be made in writing and need to be acknowledged. The following cancellation charges apply.
* 20% cancellation up to 45 days before arrival
* 50% cancellation 30 to 44 days before arrival
* 70% cancellation 15 to 29 days before arrival
* 100% cancellation 14 days or less before arrival
* No cancellation charges will be levied in the case of a force majeure event.
