The deposit due must be paid into the Gradwell Letting account with 2 days ( 48 hours ) of receiving the quote. Failure to do so will nullify your booking and the unit cannot be kept available for you. If your booking validity period has expired, please contact us before making any payment, to ensure that the unit is still available.
The balance due must then be paid into the same account within 2-3 working days before arrival.
An admin fee of R925.00 is payable for all bookings, which includes a cleaning fee.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is payable before arrival, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order. Please e-mail the proof of payment to us and you will receive an e-mail from us advising of monies outstanding and requesting you to sign an indemnity form and provide a copy of your ID, passport or driver's license.

Should we find that there have been more guests staying in the unit, than what we quoted on, or more than what the unit can accommodate, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that we do not accommodate any noisy parties that may inconvenience other residents.
Our units are non smoking so please smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
No pets are allowed unless prior permission has been obtained. ( applicable to certain units only )
For all bookings please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper, guest soap and small dishwashing liquid is provided, but because our units are self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Although DSTV connections are provided in all of our units, there are not always decoders available. We will always advise this on your confirmation of booking e-mail, but if you are not sure, please confirm with us. If a decoder is not available you can hire one from us. Please ensure that you check this before you arrive as we may not have stock to hire during busy seasons. Alternatively please bring with your own decoder and smartcard. (Please check before bringing with an Explora or PVR as most units do not have this option available as yet)
Cleaning services can be arranged for you at an additional cost which must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
Whilst this unit has been booked for you if, due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is unavailable we will offer you alternate accommodation or refund your deposit in full. We wish you an enjoyable stay!
