To secure your booking, kindly make a 50% payment after reservation, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival.
1. Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
2. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Need extra time? Late check-outs are R100/hour with prior booking.
3. Nighttime check-outs can also be arranged.
4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
5. Bluetooth speakers are not permitted.
6. Visitors are not allowed
7. Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk, and parents, please keep an eye on little ones.
8. No Illegal Substances: We maintain a safe and welcoming space for all.
9. Smoking: Outdoor only.
10. After-Midnight Access: Building access is restricted, but we’re here to help in emergencies.
Cancellation Policy
· 100% of deposit total if cancelled the day before or on the day of the booking.
· 50% of deposit total if cancelled 3 days before arrival.
· 25% of deposit total if cancelled 7 days before arrival.
