* A maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated in unit 2.
* A maximum of 5 guests can be accommodated in unit 11.
* No parties, loud noise or events are allowed.
* No smoking is allowed.
* Quiet hours are observed after 22h00.
* Guests are not allowed to braai on the balconies.
* Some spaces are shared within the complex but the apartment is private.
* Regrettably pets cannot be accommodated.
* The apartments are accessed by stairs.
* Tandem parking for 2 cars is available and is dependent on car size.
* Please be advised there is communal living in the apartment block so no loud music or noise will be permitted.
* Libem Lodge does not have a generator to provide power during the loadshedding.
