Important Information
Thank you for your reservation at Leopards' Bend Bush Lodge.
Please take note of our terms and conditions:
• Return transfers from the Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve entrance gate or Hoedspruit airport to the Leopard’s Bend Bush Lodge must be arranged prior to your arrival. Transfers are subject to availability.
• Guests are picked up at the main gate and transported 25 min via game viewer to the Lodge. Check in is between 14h00 to 18h00. Please notify us of any late-arrivals.
• Please note that the cell phone reception is limited, Wi-Fi and WhatsApp calling is available.
• Accommodation is in a Superior Lodge Room, please advise if you require a King bed or two Single beds in the room.
• Included in your rate:
• Complimentary return transfers from the Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve entrance gate or Hoedspruit airport to the Leopard’s Bend Bush Lodge. Transfers are subject to availability, and will be confirmed once the booking is made.
• Accommodation in a twin/double en-suite room with patio.
• All inclusive: Breakfast, light lunch and dinner, also include drinks (local beer and wine/ soft drinks) and 2 game drives.
• Morning game drive with refreshments.
• Afternoon game drive including one sundowner drink and snacks.
• Experienced and knowledgeable guide and tracker.
• Under cover parking at the Leopard’s Bend Gate (if arriving in your own vehicle)
• We do offer massages on request.
• Additional fees:
• Tips/Gratuities (recommended R500.00 per person per night).
• All items of a personal nature.
• Conservation fee: R270.00 per person per day
• Gate entry fee (once off): R200.00
• General:
• The Leopard’s Bend Bush Lodge does not accept children under the age 12 years.
• Children 12 and up are considered adults and pay adult rates.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds given if cancelled 0 - 30 days prior to arrival
• Full payment required 60 days prior to arrival
