We offer you the whole 3 bedroomed house for your own private use in a very quiet neighbourhood.The cottage offers three stylishly decorated bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests. *The prices indicated is for the full 3 Bedroomed Cottage and thus ideal for a family. No client will share the cottage with any other client.
The main Bedroom is on-suite and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom.
Long term rental rates available on request. Please contact us for rates.
Long term guests (booking for longer than 10 days) buy their own Pre-Paid electricity as they need it.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
• A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
• We accept direct bank transfers.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Balance of accommodation account is payable 24 hrs before arrival.
• Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable
• Cancellation, including no show or early departure within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re let rooms
• We are unable to accept personal cheques.
