Important Information

* We do provide towels, but guests are asked to please bring their own swimming towels for the swimming pool and beach.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking is allowed inside the apartments.
* No parties are allowed.
* If any noise complaints are received from the Flamingo Park complex supervisor, guests will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect. No refunds will be given.
* No day visitors allowed without prior arrangement.
* Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 to 07h00.
* Please note guests must climb stairs to reach Flamingo Beach Apartment 3.
* Flamingo Park Complex Rules. This document summarises regulations, which apply to owners/tenants and/or visiting guests occupying the unit. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in having to be evicted from the premises and penalties will be levied.
1. The speed limit of 10 km per hour must be adhered to. Please drive very carefully and be
considerate on the service road in the complex.
2. Only authorized vehicles/boats/trailers may park on the designated parking bays and not on any other spot or part of the grass lawns in the complex.
3. No boats and/or vehicles and/or trailers are permitted to park or overnight in the Boat Wash Area. This area is exclusively for the washing and/or flushing of boats.
4. Gates are to be kept closed at all times. No person may play or tamper with the electronic gate mechanism, or ride on any gates. The use of the Entrance Gate for vehicles/pedestrians to exit the premises is strictly prohibited.
5. When entering and/or exiting the complex wait for the gate to close before driving off.
6. Owners and/or tenants are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times.
7. Pets are not allowed on the premises or maintained in any unit.
8. Loud music or noise of any kind is not permitted at all times.
9. No alcohol, cool drinks, glasses or bottles may be taken inside or around the pool area, especially inside the pool itself.
10. Children using the pool need to be under adult supervision at all times. This includes the area surrounding the pool inside the fenced area.
11. All refuse, including cigarette buds, must be placed in plastic bags in the refuse bins and lids must be properly secured.
12. No washing, linen or mats may be hung over balcony rails or any other place visible to
neighbours or visitors. Washing lines in dry areas are to be used for this purpose.
