Important Information
• We have changed the entrances to the lodge, you will need to enter from Red Stone Private Country Estate, please use this as your destination on GPS or any maps.
• No alcohol will be brought on site whatsoever
• Breakfast is included in accommodation rates.
• Please ensure you are given the access codes on arrival
• Right of admission reserved
• The lodge does not provide swimming towels. Please ensure you pack these.
• Children to be supervised at all times and noise to be kept down to an acceptable level
• No food of any kind may be consumed/brought on the property. This does not apply for the Self-Catering Unit.
• We have a stunning bar and restaurant facility available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a delectable a la carte menu. Note the restaurant is closed Mondays for lunch and dinner but will be open for breakfast.
• The Lodge is situated in a bush/mountain area and insects, animals etc. will be found during your stay and the lodge cannot restrain nature and wild life. We cannot be held liable for nature, insects and animals that can be seen/found on site.
• Check in time is from 14:00pm and check out time is 10:00am on departure.
• Early check ins and late check outs are allowed by subject of availability
• Late Check – ins after 20:00 in the evening will be charged R150.00 per hour of late arrival and a late check- out fee of R300.00 should no prior arrangement be made.
• We do have a generator onsite however in the event of a power failure only the bare minimum will be operated
• Outstanding payments are payable 5 days Prior to your arrival
• There are no braai facilities available for guests, only Self Catering unit has this option
• Please note that we do have dogs on the property and no pets are allowed for this reason
• Cancellation policy will be as follows: You will be liable for the full amount should you cancel the booking the week of arrival. You will still be liable for the full amount of the booking on arrival whether or not you stay the full date range as pacified in booking form.
• Payment in full for accommodation must be settled 5 Days Prior to arrival
