Important Information

1. To confirm a booking. We require a deposit payment of 50% of the total booking. Final balance should be paid 30 days before arrival. Should we not receive any communication from you (email/messages) or proof of deposit payment, the booking will lapse automatically in 24 hours from booking.
2. In case of natural disasters, civil/political unrest, epidemic diseases and travel restrictions both parties can cancel the booking without penalties on written proof of event.
3. All rights of admission reserved.
We do not accept online bookings from one guest for both self-catering lodges/villa/guesthouse.
Our self-catering lodge can accommodate 6 persons max (this includes kids). Our guesthouse sleeps maximum 2 persons per room, no kids under 12.
The villa sleeps 8 persons, no outside guests allowed.
4. All guests undertake all activities at their own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for any theft, loss, damage, accident or injury whatsoever sustained whilst staying at the premises.
5. The accommodation should be used as short term holiday accommodation only. No shoots, parties or functions to be held without prior notice and approval of management.
6. Due to the sensitive nature of the location, respect for wildlife and fellow guests is paramount. No undue noise after 9 pm and before 8am, please.
7. No fires to be lit in any location without the express knowledge of the management. Braai fires may only take place in the designated areas. Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished following the braai.
8. Hot Tub - Each self-catering lodge has a private hot tub. The guesthouse does not have hot tubs. The use of hot tubs is limited, when the wind is too high we do not allow any fire, including hot tub fires. When hot tub is burning, guest are responsible for the fire and sparks. Please keep the fire low, the water will heat up in 3 hours.
9. No smoking inside the buildings at any time. Guests may smoke only in designated smoking areas and are kindly requested to use the ashtrays and smoking bins provided for the extinguishing of all cigarettes and cigars.
10. The repair or replacement for all breakages and damage caused to the property will be charged in full.
11. The renter hereby irrevocably indemnify Zus and Co Management Services Ltd and Lalapanzi Lodge, or any employee against any claim for injury to their self / their family or/and guests which they invite or are responsible for and against any claim for loss or breakage of personal effects which may arise whilst occupying the property, venue and the adjoining grounds, and that the renter resides on the property at their own risk.
12. The key is part of Lalapanzi Lodge, if it is not returned to us on departure we will charge the replacements cost.
13. Check-in time from 3pm till 6pm. Outside of these hours should be arranged prior to arrival.
14. Check-out time 10am.
15. When you pay the deposit you have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
