About Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort

Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort is situated on Kyahugye Island, in Uganda.

There are ten spacious rooms with high-pitched thatched roofs and shaded verandas, tucked into the dunes and in-between the shrubs. Each room has draped mosquito netting and comfortable chairs for lounging. The resort offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, an outdoor pool, a braai area and a children's playground.

Kyahugye Island is the only Island in Lake Bunyonyi with wild animals which include the Impalas, Zebra, Water Bucks, the Kobs and the only Debrasa Monkey. Tourist activities consist of nature walks, birding walks, dugout canoe treks, community visits and mountain climbing.
