Important Information
Late check-outs are subject to availability, we can only confirm one week prior to arrival.
Bookings will be held provisionally for up to 14 days, at which time the reservation must be confirmed or released.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of confirming the reservation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of confirming reservations in Hot Season.
The balance of payment is due at 30 days prior to the arrival date.
La Clé des Montagnes reserves the right to ask for full payment on high demand dates.
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), include VAT and are subject to change.
A minimum stay requirement of two nights applies for all exclusive-use and Galerie bookings.
A minimum stay requirement of two nights applies to all stays during Hot Season.
The amount stated on the invoice is what must be received by La Clé des Montagnes.
ALL bank charges are to be settled and recovered by the client.
