La Rose guesthouse is located on the banks of the Vaalriver in Douglas.
This guest house has six comfortable rooms, each room is equipped with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi Internet access, DStv/Openview and a bar fridge as well as tea and coffee facilities. There is also a swimming pool, laundry facilities, a dining area, secure parking and a braai area under a covered lapa with outdoor seating.
Actives include fly-fishing, canoe trips, sunset cruises, day Spa, walks next to the river on a farm and GWK wine cellar.
We have a day spa were you can relax and have a massage, a mani or a pedi. Please book in advance.
We cater to accommodate for a bridal effect. We have facilities where she can have her hair and make-up done on the premises without leaving the guesthouse the day of her wedding. Talk to us regarding a special breakfast the morning of the wedding.
