14) Cancellation policy:
1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the
Cancellation fee.
A R250 postponing fee will be charged with all requests to postpone a booking.
