Important Information
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is payable before arrival. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please be aware that we do not allow overcrowding in our units and that should we find that there have been more guests staying in the unit, than what was quoted on, or more than what it can accommodate, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please further note that we do not accommodate any noisy parties that may inconvenience other residents and that guests may not bring visitors onto the property without prior permission.
Our units are NON-SMOKING so please smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture. If smoking on a patio, please do not flick your cigarettes onto the ground below, but use ashtray instead.
NO PETS are allowed unless prior permission has been obtained. Please note that this is only applicable to certain units as most units are not pet friendly. If a guest brings a pet with without permission, you may be evicted as you must abide by the rules of the Body Corporate.
For all bookings, please bring with bath and beach towels unless the unit has towels, which is advised accordingly on the overview of the unit. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap and small dishwashing liquid is provided on arrival, but because our units are self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Although DSTV connections are provided in all our units, the DSTV decoder may not be available, so you may need to hire one. Please read the overview of the unit on our website to verify this. We will usually advise this on your e-mail, so if you are not sure, please confirm with us. If this option is not available, you can hire a decoder from our office, or else Martin Electronics or Luna Satellite. Please ensure that you check this before you arrive as the local suppliers may not have stock to hire during busy seasons. Alternatively, please bring with your own decoder and smartcard. (Please check before bringing with an Explora or PVR as most units do not have this option available yet)
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
Whilst this unit has been booked for you if, due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is unavailable, we will offer you alternate accommodation or refund your deposit in full.
