Cancellation Policy
1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
A cancellation fee between R500 - R700 will be levied on all cancellations, depending on the reason for cancellation.
A R250.00 post phoning fee will be charged with any changing of dates, This is only allowed a month before arrival if approved.
