These spacious studios put you in the heart of the wine route, close to the charming and historic towns of Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. With mountain views and safe grounds for strolling you will never want to leave.
These spacious air-conditioned studios offer two three-quarter beds and a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The small kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine and you can flip through the channels on the flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Breathe in the fresh air from the large bay window and sun terrace where you can absorb the views of the Simonsberg mountain range. A sparkling communal swimming pool and lounge chairs provide the perfect spot to dive into the latest best seller.

Golfers can test their skills on the nearby esteemed Jack Nicklaus Pearl Valley golf course and the beautiful Boschenmeer golf course.
The center of Cape Town is also just a 30 minute drive away. Cape Town International airport is a mere 50 km away. Other things to note. Please note that this apartment is situated on a secure lifestyle estate and your identification card will be scanned at the security gate. A driver's liscense is therefore essential and please do not forget to bring it along.
