Reservations can only be held for 48 hours upon quotation sent and be confirmed by paying a 50% deposit. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Bookings less than 1 month before arrival requires full payment to confirm the reservation and no cancellation applies.
Please note that a Breakage deposit fee of R1000 is payable in CARD on check in and will refundable on check out should all be in order in the room.
