Important Information
INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER:
* Full Payment to be made 2 days before arrival. Regular guest
pay when they want.
* Fast and Stable WiFi.
• Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and dinner is
served from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunch on request.
• WATER... We get the purest water from a very old, deep and
tested borehole, and it is available from every tap in the lodge.
• Same-day laundry service is available on-site, and an iron and
ironing board can be found under the steps in Block A. Please
do not remove it.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, dedicated smoking areas
are available.
• Please take care of the keys provided to you, as a lost key will
result in a fee of R 550.00. Upon departing, please leave your
key in the door or in the drop box at the gate exit intercom.
• Security is our highest priority, and we ask that you make sure
the gate closes behind you when entering or leaving the
property. Uber Eats orders must be collected at the gate and
are not allowed inside the lodge.
• Visitors are welcome until 22h00. A visitor must be
registered with management for security purposes. Any
undocumented person found on the property will be treated as
an intruder.
• The lodge host many corporate guests, who need to prepare
or study, and therefore we have a NO NOISE policy and
around the rooms. Separate venues, The Boma, and Pavilion
is available for guests to unwind and socialize, please
make use of this facility, and join us for a drink.
• Children under 8 years old must be always accompanied by
parents due to open dams and swimming pools. The t
trampoline may only be used at your own risk and under the
supervision of parents. Children are only allowed to use the
swimming pool under supervision.

The lodge and its management cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during your stay. By staying at the lodge, you accept full responsibility for your actions and the actions of your children or visitors.
