Important Information

* Kwamanzi Guest Farm – Policies & Procedures.
* Welcome to Kwamanzi – your tranquil breakaway in the heart of Magaliesburg. To ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing environment for all our guests, please take note of the following guidelines.

* Pets
* Kwamanzi is a pet-friendly farm. Please note that other animals, including dogs, roam the property freely.
* If your dog is not socialised, it must be kept on a leash at all times.

* Please ensure pets do not disturb other guests, as chalets are located nearby.
* Noise & Music: In consideration of all guests, no loud music is permitted after 22h00.
* We encourage quiet enjoyment of nature and peaceful evenings.

* Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors, but strictly prohibited in all chalets or indoor spaces.
* Kwamanzi is located in a veld area, and fire risk is high.
* All cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of in a dustbin—never in the grass.

* Braai & Fires: The braai area near the swimming pool is available for guest use.
* All fires must be fully extinguished before bedtime. Never leave a fire unattended.
* No open fires are allowed outside of designated areas.

* Swimming Pool: Our swimming pool is unfenced to preserve the open view and relaxed farm atmosphere.
* Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
* The pool is used at guests’ own risk. Please be considerate of others.

* Behaviour: We maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment.
* Any drunken, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund.
* No verbal abuse or disrespect toward staff, other guests, or workers will be accepted.

* Day Visitors and Photography: Day visitors are welcome by prior arrangement only. Rates vary depending on activity:
* Picnics: R250 for the first 2 people; R75 per extra person
* Single Photoshoots: R350 (includes one photographer and two individuals)
* Group Photoshoots/Weddings: Must be booked in advance and quoted accordingly.
* Note: Day visitors are not permitted near chalets. They may access the dam, the river area, and the coffee shop only.

* Loadshedding and Power Guidelines: During loadshedding, we provide a bright solar light in the main living area, which operates from dusk until 22:00.
* Please bring a flashlight or battery-operated light for personal use.
* Gas facilities (if provided) will be explained during check-in. Please follow staff guidance for safe use.
* Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: from 14h00. Check-out: by 10h00.
* Early or late check-ins must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
* Cleanliness and Damages: Please leave your chalet in a reasonably clean state.
* Any breakages or damages must be reported. Guests may be held liable for repair or replacement.

* Indemnity Clause
* While every care is taken for guest safety and comfort, all guests enter and stay at Kwamanzi at their own risk.
* Management will not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or accident to person or property during your stay or visit.
* Respect the Space: Please enjoy the beauty of the farm, animals, and tranquil surroundings.
* We ask that you treat the land, fellow guests, and team with care and respect at all times.
