Important Information
* Accommodation reservations require a 50% deposit within 2 days to reserve the booking
* All accommodation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival to confirm booking
* Booking with an arrival date less than 14 days requires payment in full
* All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the invoice date
* Non-payment of deposit for reservations by the due date will be canceled without notice
* Non-payment of balance due for reservations by the due date will be canceled without notice
* Non-payment of balance due for reservations by the due date is subject to cancellation fees
* Cancellation fees – all cancellations must be made in writing and a notification reply must be received
* A 25% admin fee will be charged on the total amount for any cancellations or postponements.
* 50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
* 100% will be charged on the total amount for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival. No refund/credit for non-arrival or early departures
