Important Information

Our rate includes the following:

Accommodation, all meals, teas and coffees, daily soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers. It also includes two bush activities (game drives daily in open game drive vehicles or bush walks).

Our rate excludes the following:

1% compulsory community levy and Kruger National Park Entrance fees, premium beverages and transfers to and from the park and ride service, and where applicable gratuities.

Kruger National Park Entrance Fee (Conservation Fee) is payable upon entering the Kruger National Park. Please ensure you have your accommodation confirmation documentation at hand to ensure entry at the correct price.

KNP Gate Times
All self-drive and road transfers are subject to Kruger National Park gate times.
The Kruger National Park prohibits the use of roads within the park once the gates are closed so guests need to be at their destination and transfer companies must be outside the park by the time the gates close.

Kruger National Park will not allow for alternative arrangements to be made.

Cancellation Terms & Condition
Cancellation or part cancellation (reduction in the number of rooms or nights) of a confirmed reservation, including changing the dates of travel, could result in the loss of the 20% deposit on the following basis:

FIT (9 rooms or less):
Cancellation 31 - 45 days prior to arrival = Loss of 20% deposit.
Cancellation 0-30 days prior to arrival = 100% cancellation fee of total booking value.


GROUPS (10 rooms or more):
Cancellation 31-60 days prior to arrival = 50% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Cancellation 0-30 days prior to arrival = 100% cancellation fee of total booking value.
